While we use quality products to build our structures, the customer is still responsible for doing their own research to make sure all and any parts, components or materials that will be used are suitable for their plans of use, location, and environment the structure will be in or at.

Customer is responsible for all permits, zoning and getting any approval they may need from zoning, city, etc. Also any type of legal matter that is associated with the area they are setting the structure in.

Warranties we offer are limited, depending on misuse of product, unnatural situations, etc. we serve the right to refuse any and all warranty claim.

Builder is not responsible for any accidents that were to happen within or around this structure after it’s set and occupied.

Were any legal issues to arise between the buyer and seller, all and any legal matters must be solved within the court of law of seller’s county.
